Whether your Board needs help to resolve issues that regularly arise in meetings and cause tension, or whether you’d simply like to improve communication and have more constructive and dynamic board meetings, this interactive session looks at how disagreement affects boards and how improving communication at board meetings can really make a difference.

In a practical 2 hour session, board members will have the opportunity to design their own ‘Better Way’ – a charter of conduct for disagreeing respectfully and constructively.

The Board will work together to design a template for productive meetings, making it possible to raise concerns and resolve them reducing the negative impact that disagreement in the Boardroom can often bring.
